All competitors need to have their mandatory gear checked before they can receive their race pack at Race Check-in

There are two options for getting your gear checked:

Option 1:

On-Line Gear Check. Not available after 18th June

Option 2:

Have your gear checked at race check-in immediately prior to collecting your race pack. This is the least preferable option as it can make your race check-in take much longer.

In 2024, the race pack mail outs are included in your entry (conditions apply).

1. You must select at time of registration, select that you would like your race pack mailed out

2. You must complete your on-line mandatory gear check and pass by 18th June 11.59pm

3. If you passed your on-line mandatory gear check by 18th June 11.59pm, then your race pack will be sent out on the 24th June.

After the 18th June 11.59pm, there is no more on-line mandatory gear checks and you will have to come to a check-in to do your mandatory gear check and pass, prior to receiving your race pack and bib.

Drop bags are to be left at the Start/Finish HQ aid station tent.

The mandatory gear required to carry may change if weather conditions are very cold or wet.

This decision can be made by the Race Director at any time.

Please note we will not post any items left behind, it is your responsibility to collect them before 3pm Sunday 14th July 2024

When doing On-line Gear Check :

When submitting your gear check online. There is an example of how to do it and not.

No more than 3 items per photo
Make sure all items can be seen clearly
If you are using your whistle on your pack. Please take a photo of it, as we can't see it inside your pack.
The 1st photo is how NOT to do it.
If we get 1 photo with all your gear like this, it will not pass and you will be asked to do it again.
